Boston: Joseph Burnett Co. [between 1894 & 1914]. 0. Soft cover. Tall slim octavo. 30pp. paper wrappers, Upper cover soiled; lower cover with some loss of text. Pasted to the inside of the upper cover, a double-page spread on "Jell-O Ice Cream Powder" in color, described by 'The Alan and Shirley Brocker Sliker Culinary Collection,' in the Special Collections of Michigan State University Libraries as: "The front features Rose O'Neil's "The JELL-O Girl" in a pink dress carrying two servings of ice cream on a tray. A couple is seated in the background. At the top, the title "JELL-O Ice Cream Powder" is state din brown and red lettering. Back cover features an illustration of a "Strawberry Brick" with a box of Ice Cream Powder in the lower right corner. The inside panels contain numerous promotions written in blue and red lettering for JELL-O Ice Cream Powder," and dates c. 1906. A clean tear through the upper part of the first page of the spread. Good.
